Updated Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Write With Spirit LLC (referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us") and the client or student (referred to as "the client," "you," or "the student") who engages in our services or purchases our products. By proceeding with the purchase of any of our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
1. Payment and Refunds
1.1 If a student drops out of a personal program or course or fails to attend class, the client is still responsible for payment in full.
2 No refunds shall be issued; however, payments made can be transferred to other services or courses if the client or student changes their mind but must be redeemed within 60 days.
2. Success of the Program or Course
2.1 The success of a student or client in achieving the goals of the program or course is dependent on their execution of the information provided by the consultant or teacher. Results may vary based on attendance, participation, and adherence to the consultant's recommendations.
3. Memberships
3.1 Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
4. Events
4.1 Online events are nonrefundable if the client is unable to attend. However, a recording will be provided as proof of the paid services.
4.2 In-person events, such as retreats, require the signing of a disclaimer.
5. General Disclaimer
5.1 Our general disclaimer applies to all services and must be electronically signed for any long-term work with our facilitators or consultants or agreed to in full by the purchase of a product or service.
6. Release of Liability
6.1 By purchasing any of our services or products, you automatically agree to all of our terms of service and agree to hold harmless your consultant, facilitator, or the company.
6.2 Our consulting work, described in our disclaimer, is a combination of creative, spiritual, and action-oriented strategies. Clients are advised to continue seeing any medical professionals they already have or may require.
7. Appointments and Cancellations
7.1 Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance using our electronic scheduling system.
7.2 A $40 fee will be charged for last-minute cancellations after three offenses within a program. No-show, no-call appointments are non-refundable and will be forfeited.
7.3 Cancellations made 24 hours in advance or more have no fee and can be rescheduled.
8. Custom Programs
8.1 New clients can request an initial assessment session where the consultant will assess compatibility and provide information on how we may assist.
8.2 If the client agrees to a long-term program, they will be provided with a written proposed course of action (POS) that requires a nonrefundable deposit. Once approved by the client and consultant, the client's custom mentorship program can begin.
9. One-on-One Appointments
9.1 One-on-one appointments are currently available, but mentorship clients are prioritized, and there may be a waiting list.
9.2 No appointments can be made until payment has been submitted unless there is a special agreement between the consultant and the client.
10. Payments
10.1 Most long-term courses and high-end events offer payment plans, which can be discussed with the consultant or educator.
10.2 Payment plans will be in writing and auto-billed. Payments are received through PayPal.
11. Classes and Events
11.1 Classes and events develop organically based on the skills and subjects the educator is teaching, the size of the class, and the overall ambiance of the group.
11.2 We work in a comprehensive and unorthodox manner specifically designed for a Neurodiverse clientele.
12. Neurodiversity
12.1 We embrace neurodiversity and strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment for individuals with diverse neurological abilities.
12.2 Our programs and courses are designed to accommodate different learning styles and provide reasonable accommodations, as needed.
12.3 We encourage open communication about specific needs and preferences to ensure a positive learning experience for all participants.
13. Confidentiality
13.1 Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any personal information shared during consultations, courses, or programs will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
13.2 We adhere to strict privacy and data protection policies to ensure the security of your information.
14. Intellectual Property
14.1 All materials and content provided during courses, programs, or consultations are the intellectual property of the facilitator or consultant.

15. Code of Conduct
15.1 We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all interactions, including online discussions, live sessions, and in-person events.
15.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the program or consultation without a refund.
16. Modifications and Amendments
16.1 We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via our website.
16.2 By continuing to use our services or participate in our programs after any amendments, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms and conditions.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the legal jurisdiction.
17.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Special Terms and Conditions for Live, Limited Seating Classes, Workshops, or Retreats
1. Tuition and Refunds
1.1 Tuition is nonrefundable unless the student cancels at least 21 days before the course starts.
1.2 Tuition is non-transferable.
1.3 Students who leave courses early are not entitled to any refund.
1.4 Once a seat is taken, the student is obligated to complete their payment plan, regardless of class attendance.
1.5 No refunds will be issued unless the student drops out at least 21 days before the course starts, allowing time for a replacement.
2. Access to Pre-recorded Resources
2.1 For access to pre-recorded resources or specific courses, once purchased and downloaded, no refunds are available.
3. Consent for Use of Image, Voice, or Quote
3.1 By attending a course, you agree to the possibility of appearing or being quoted, and the non-live resale of course lessons.
3.2 Your image, voice, or quote may be used in a membership library or as part of a post-market course sale.
Foot Dragging Policy
1. When a client books a series of sessions, it is expected that the sessions will be completed within a specified time frame due to limited available slots.
2. If a client excessively cancels or reschedules sessions, they will forfeit any remaining consultations after the specified completion period or pay additional compensation for lost time.
3. Alternatively, if the client's slot has not been filled by another client after the expiration date of their services, the client may be liable for additional payment.
4. In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, alternative arrangements may be made at the sole discretion of the facilitator.
5. For clients booking 10 sessions or less, all sessions must be completed within 12 weeks or an additional fee must be paid, or unused sessions will be forfeited.
6. For clients booking 12 to 24 sessions, all sessions must be completed no later than four weeks after the start date of their first session, or an additional fee must be paid, or unused sessions will be forfeited.
Rules of Engagement
1. Clients or students must not engage in abusive behavior towards the facilitator, other clients, or students.
2. Abusive behaviors include, but are not limited to: gaslighting, incessant arguing that disrupts the facilitator's ability to teach, racist or discriminatory comments, any form of aggression or attack.
3. Any client exhibiting abusive behavior may be removed from the program or course by the facilitator or teacher, with no refund.
4. Behaviors obstructive to the learning process in one-on-one or group sessions will not be tolerated.
5. Clients causing excessive distress to facilitators, teachers, or other clients may have their program canceled with no refund or may be asked to leave the class with no refund.
Client Disclosures
1. If a client seeking services has a psychological, intellectual, or neurological disability that may affect their engagement with the work at Write with Spirit LLC, they are required to disclose this information to their facilitator.
2. Hostile behavior or excessive dysregulation towards a facilitator or another student will not be tolerated, especially if the client fails to disclose their condition.
3. While clients may choose to keep this information private, they are still obligated to adhere to the rules of engagement.
4. During the intake process for course entrance or application for private services, if a client discloses their condition, the facilitator may suggest that they seek treatment from medical professionals before engaging in the creative work offered.
5. It is important to note that facilitators at Write with Spirit LLC are not medical professionals.
